Last Updated: March 27, 2026

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

At Creditily, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

This page provides information about our data practices and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other state privacy laws.

What Does “Sell” Mean?

Under California law, “selling” personal information means sharing it with third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. This is different from sharing information with service providers who help us operate our business under contractual agreements that protect your data.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

Creditily does not:

  • Sell your personal information to data brokers
  • Sell your credit report data to third parties
  • Sell your contact information (email, phone, address) to marketers
  • Sell your mobile phone number to third parties
  • Receive money in exchange for sharing your personal information
  • Share your SMS consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes

How We Share Information

We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers:We share information with companies that help us operate Creditily, such as payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud), credit monitoring services (SmartCredit), email service providers (SendGrid, Mailchimp), SMS messaging providers (Twilio), and customer support platforms. These companies are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the specific services they provide to us. This type of sharing is not considered a “sale” under privacy laws.

Mobile Phone Number Protection: Your mobile phone number and SMS consent data are shared only with our trusted SMS messaging service provider for delivering text messages you opted in to receive. These providers are prohibited from using your mobile phone number for any purpose other than providing messaging services on our behalf.

Affiliate Partners:When you click on offers in our financial services marketplace or apply for third-party products (such as loans, credit cards, or banking products through SuperMoney), you will be directed to that partner's website where their privacy policy applies. We may receive affiliate commissions, but this is not considered a “sale” of your personal information under CCPA.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or legal process.

Business Transfers: If Creditily is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.
